Promotional Opportunities
E-Blast Inserts
Each Monday, there is an E-Blast that goes out to our community and chamber contacts. You can send events, hiring opportunities, and more for us to add. Please send these to chamber@valleycitychamber.com with the subject line “E-Blast” by the Friday before you want it to run. If you have a certain amount of time you would like them to run, please state this in the email.
e-Newsletter Inserts
Do you have something that you would like to showcase in our monthly newsletter? There is one free insert with a new membership and additional inserts being $30.
Business Spotlight
Fill out a form and the Chamber will make a curated social media and website post from the information you provide. We will then post 2 social media posts, 1 website post, and pin 1 social media post to the top of our social feed.
Digital Advertising
With your membership, you get 2 free ads on the TV in the DMV and Chamber office. This is great to utilize when you have a promotion, job opportunity, and more! You can find more information HERE
Special Event Banner
During big tournaments in the community, we will have banner with QR code that will lead people to page to showcase our businesses. This is a great way to advertise specials to visitors. Find out more HERE
Website Listings
Your company, name, address, phone, email, and web address, as well as, your product and/or services will appear in the membership listing on the Chamber’s website. See the listings by visiting our Online Directory.
Community Calendar & Chamber Calendar
Stay on top of the tings going on at the Chamber, as well as, in the community! Visit the Chamber calendar to register for events and MORE. Valley City also has a community calendar where you can find out what is happening in town throughout the month!

Decals
As you renew your membership every year, you will be sent a Chamber Window Decal stating that you are a member in good standing. Display your decal proudly as this lets people know that they can spend Chamber Bucks at your business!
Chamber Bucks
Chamber Bucks can be purchased at the Chamber by anyone and spent at any Chamber Member Business. Chamber Bucks are processed the same as a check. This program is designed to keep our dollars local and is only available to businesses who are members of the Valley City Area Chamber.

You can be a part of the decision making process that affects our entire community. Through committee participation and attendance at Chamber functions, you are helping to gain exposure for your business while helping your city grow and prosper.
The “Welcoming Arms” of the Chamber.
Committee’s Mission:
- Visit new businesses, employees, remodels, product lines
- Present Customer Service Awards (nominated by the community)
- Interact with business people throughout the area, welcome newcomers to Valley City and make valuable contacts.

Business Celebrations
If your business is new, recently relocated, expanding the facilities or expanding services, you can schedule a ribbon cutting ceremony through the Chamber. This is a free service offered to chamber members.
If your business is celebrating a significant anniversary, contact the Chamber to schedule your special anniversary celebration.
Your ribbon cutting or anniversary celebration photo will be published on the Chamber E-Newsletter, on all of our social media outlets, and other media sources.
